Severin curates and hosts AreteCoach.io and Arete Coach Podcast that explores the Art and Science of Executive Coaching. In 2005, Severin sold a business he founded that continues inside Interface Security, 7th largest US security integrator. Severin attributed his participation in Vistage monthly executive coaching and peer groups as one of his business leadership success factors. In 2010, Severin became a Vistage Chair (2010-2018) coaching one-to-one and facilitating executive peer groups, earning the "Vistage Rookie of the Year Chair Award" and “Mentor Chair” designations. Today, Severin has 8,000+ hours of paid executive coaching and 800+ hours of coach training such as ICF ACSTH Certified Executive Coach, Certified Organizational Development Coach, Certified Life Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach; IAC Masters Practitioner. Severin earned his M.Phil. in Economics at King's College, Cambridge University (1988).
