Nathalie Lerotić Pavlik is an Executive and Leadership Coach, and an accredited Team Coach (EMCC ITCA), with the academic background in occupational psychology (MSc) and the career journey of two decades in corporate Human Resource Management profession, across various industries. 
Nathalie is versed in leading, coaching and consulting in a highly dynamic, demanding and changing environments, focusing to align and significantly contribute to achieving the key company’s business
objectives through best people practices.  The core of Nathalie’s work is being a trusted partner, coaching and mentoring to help and inspire teams and individuals to achieve the desired growth and
success.  In her engagements, she is guided by the key values of growth, integrity, and collaboration,
underpinned by respect and trust.
She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS) and recently joined as a committee member of the BPS Division of Coaching Psychology.  Nathalie is an active volunteer of the EMCC Global, currently holding the position of the President of the EMCC Croatia and as member of the Research Development Group.
