Lenka has long-term management experience in market research, employee research and HR. Now she is working as Coach, Consultant, Psychologist and University Lecturer at Prague University of Economics and Business. Lenka is member of EMCC Research Group since spring 2022 and she helped to analyse data from Research Engagement study. She is accredited Senior Practitioner EMCC and one of facilitators of EMCC Five Days Accreditation Challenges. Lenka is now undergoing training in coaching supervision in The International Centre for Business Coaching.
